Return/Exchange Instructions: Repack all merchandise securely in a protective box and send to the address above. Please keep your receipt and tracking number until you receive your replacement or refund. Any items not received by WOW Vintage will not be refunded unless tracking number can be provided. Be sure to include a copy of your receipt and instructions explaining how you would like your return handled, ie. refund or merchandise exchange. If you desire to exchange for another item, include product number, description, and color. We offer store credit only for money order, cash, and Western Union purchases. Please keep in mind shipping charges are non-refundable.
